    Welcome to MetaGames.toys (“MetaGames,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). MetaGames.toys is operated by Prime Royal LLC, a New York limited liability company. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and related services (the “Services”), including purchases made through our online store.

    By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from MetaGames.toys, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

    An order is not accepted until payment is successfully processed and confirmation is issued. Once accepted, cancellation requests may not be accommodated.

    • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control.

    • Once the order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

    Tracking information will be provided when available.

    7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

    Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

    Standard Returns

    • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

    • Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.

    • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use or damage.

    Trading Card Game (TCG) Products

    TCG products are generally non-returnable.
    If there is an issue such as damage, missing items, or incorrect shipment, contact us and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

    Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item and issued to the original payment method.

    8. FEEDBACK & USER CONTENT

    By submitting reviews, feedback, comments, or other content, you grant Prime Royal LLC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content for business and marketing purposes.

    Feedback must not violate laws, infringe rights, contain malware, or misrepresent identity. We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.

    11. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

    MetaGames.toys is powered by Shopify. All purchases are transactions directly between you and Prime Royal LLC. Shopify is not responsible for any claims related to products purchased through our store.

    12. PROHIBITED USES

    You may not use the Services for unlawful purposes, to violate rights, transmit malicious code, scrape data, impersonate others, interfere with security features, or otherwise harm the business or other users.

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

    13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

    The Services and products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
